All prices are U.S. dollars. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the exchange rate for international payments. Usually your order can be filled and shipped within several days after receipt of payment. 

We ship to all U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, England and the UK. U.S. and international shipping charges (USPS first class and priority) are automatically calculated.

All other orders must first contact VTwin Mama to activate specific billing and shipping country sections in the shopping cart. 

If an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

Please include an explanation of why the item is being returned. VTwin Mama will replace any item that was received in damaged condition, the wrong size from what was ordered, or the size turns out not to be right for the wearer. Items that have been worn or used in any manner may not be returned.
